We want you to love what you receive from Grit & Grace Mercantile. Every item we offer is designed with heart, purpose, and a whole lot of grit. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it
General Returns
Eligibility: Most non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please email us at gritandgrace0828@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Custom Projects
Because custom projects are made just for you—with personalized designs, names, colors, or club-specific elements—they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We pour love and detail into every custom piece, and we’re happy to clarify designs before production to ensure satisfaction.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
Store Credit: If you miss the return window or prefer a flexible option, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible items. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
Holiday Exceptions: During the holiday season (Nov 15–Jan 5), we extend our return window to 30 days from delivery to accommodate gift-giving and travel. Custom items remain non-refundable, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues with holiday orders.
